My GreatDentist.
昨年の4月、カリフォルニアに居た頃、
日本の歯科医で施術したインプラント2本が
3年ばかりの寿命で呆気なく外れた。

途方に暮れながらも、
私はアメリカの良いデンティストを
必死に探した。

アメリカの歯科医療技術が、
日本より数段高い事は否めない。

しかし、それに比例して
治療代もかなり高い。

ハワイに移住を決めていた私は
ハワイのデンティストにターゲットを絞り、
あるひとつのデンタル・オフィスを見付けた。

その名前は

Ala Moana Dentalcare
In April 2011, my Japanese implant fellout.
I had it less than 3years.
So I found
Ala Moana Dental Care.
It's close to Ala Moana Shopping Center.

アラモアナSCにほど近く、
WAIKIKIに住む私にも
通い易い立地だった。

私の主治医は

Dr.Devereux（デヴォルゥ）
My main dentist is
Dr.Devereux.

発音が難しいので、
Dr.Dと呼んでいた。
Pronouncing his name is difficult for Japanese,
so I can comfortably call him Dr.D.

2012年の
『Best Dentist Honolulu』

にも選ばれた輝かしい栄誉の持ち主。
Here he is on the right.

そして、6月28日、
一年半掛けて通い詰めた
デンタル・オフィスでの
最後の治療の日を迎えた。

And June 28th.was
the final visit at the end of mytreatment.

     やはり、歯が綺麗だと 写真を撮られるのも嬉しいね。 Now,I'm happy to pose for pictures with my beautiful teeth.

本日最後のトリートメントが終了したので、

ブログ撮影の為に
ドクターのオフィスにも侵入。

Dr. Devereuxと同じく
ベスト・デンティストのタイトルを獲得した
Dr.Mattoも笑顔で撮影に参加。

      Dr.Devereux のオフィスには  患者から寄せられた感謝状が 沢山飾られてあった。  Dr.'soffice has a lotof  thank-you letters from patients.

   さて忘れちゃならないのが、 歯科医のアシスタント・レディー達。  みんな明るくてフレンドリー。 「ミホはもう患者ではなくて、 私達の友達になった。」と言ってもらい 私は心から感激した。 Ishouldn't leave out the cheerfulstaff. Theysaid,  "When you first came here you were a new patient, but now you are our friend!"

tia   こちらは清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気の トリートメント・ルーム。  この部屋が10ほどあって、 いつも沢山の患者が治療を受けている。 

The treatment rooms are very clean and have a relaxed feeling.

      こちらはフロント。  フロント・スタッフともすっかり仲良し。  いつも私を笑顔で出迎えてくれた。 Hereis the front officestaff. They always welcome me with a smile.

   今回私が行なった治療は  インプラント2本を含む ほぼ全部の歯のトリートメント。  アメリカは歯並びの良さと白さを 大切にするお国柄。  私も郷に入れば郷に従えで、 より美しい歯を作るために Dr.Devereux の力を借りて 一心に治療を受けた。   もちろん治療代は 皆さんのご想像通り、 かなり高額だった。   でも、それに値するだけの いや、きっとそれ以上の 治療を受けられたと 満足に思っている。   きっと、それは 患者とドクター、そしてスタッフの心が 一体になって働きあった為ではないだろうか。   来週もう一度チェックに行くのを最後に  私のトリートメントはしばらくお休みになる。   でも、私に取って このデンタル・クリニックは 沢山の友達が居るオフィス。   これからも時々みんなに会いに 行くことだろう。   Dr.Devereux 、 そしてスタッフの皆さん  本当にありがとう。 My treatment included two implants and also almost all my teeth.  The treatment fee wasn't cheep.  ButI feel I got value above the cost of the treatment.  amverysatisfied. �  Everybody's heart was really into the team work of doing their best for me.  Even after treatments are over, Iwill  stop by to say  "Hello"

 from time to time.   Because Dr. and staff have become  My friends.   Thank-you so much to all of you.
